FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measuring the weight of tested axis G, force on control member PP, specific braking force γBR, relative difference in braking forces of wheels fitted on axle F, average actual specific braking force γCVE, average actual Petrov's magnitude "Э", angular speeds of support and servo rollers, braking time of computation of estimate magnitudes, and current and average SAVE wheel slippage values for braking time interval. Measurements are performed with due allowance for three new estimate magnitudes, i.e. factor of braking moment increase irregularity KBMI, factor of vehicle wheel locking irregularity in time and turn KII and moment of turning around MTAR. Factor of braking moment increase irregularity KBMI features difference in braking moment increase intensity in one-axle wheels. Factor of vehicle wheel locking irregularity in time KII describes braking process. Moment of turning around MTAR characterises stability of vehicle in braking.
EFFECT: higher validity of diagnostics.
