FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction in women in the shoulder region and involves making the positive pressure exceeding systolic arterial pressure by 40-50 mm of mercury column. After 4 min decompression is carried out and venous blood samples are taken off followed by determination of amount of desquaminated endothelial cells in them. Endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed if index exceeds 2.77 x 105 per 1 l of plasma. Method shows high sensitivity and provides to carry out the concealed endothelial dysfunction.
EFFECT: improved and enhanced diagnosis method.
