FIELD: physics; control.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of high-technology equipment, mainly rotor type equipment and can be used for designing systems for controlling use of equipment depending on its technical state. At the first step of the method, for instance using a stationary stand or portable diagnosis system on transient modes of testing and/or operation based on analysis of a system of created diagnosis features, one of the four initial states of the object under maintenance is determined - properly functioning, conditionally non-faulty with limited remaining life, limitedly operable and pre-emergency. After that the object is used depending on its identified state. At the second step during standard operation using a stationary built-in system for example, pre-emergency state of the object is determined based on the system of created diagnosis features with subsequent stoppage of operation of the object. If the object is further used based on the system of diagnosis features, for instance using a portable fast deployment diagnosis system, the limitedly operable state of the object, which allows for its use in gentle (light) modes during a set limited period, is determined.

EFFECT: provision for the required quality of maintaining high-technology equipment.
