FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used in making printed circuit boards, including multilayer printed circuit boards. The result is achieved due to that, the printed circuit boards are made from glass textolite with via-holes. Instead of activation with palladium chloride and chemical metallisation, flame spraying is carried out through thermal decomposition of organometallic compounds, and the circuit pattern is drawn using a laser.
EFFECT: simple process of making printed circuit boards with an electrical circuit with track width less than 100 mcm, and hole diametre less than 0,2 mm, increased adhesion of metal coating to non-foil coated glass textolite, reduced wastes from electroplating.
