SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of relaxation level includes detachable sensors of frequency of brain electromagnetic activity, signal amplifier, connected with microcontroller, which is provided with digital indicator, warning system and switch of threshold value. By means of device for measurement of relaxation level before relaxation at each session checked is initial level of person's biosignals, representing frequency of brain electromagnetic activity, obtained by means of sensors of electromagnetic activity, located in cervical zone of head. By frequency of electromagnetic activity planned level of relaxation is set and process of relaxation is initiated, and after planned level of relaxation is achieved, warning signal from warning system is obtained.

EFFECT: invention extends arsenal of means for measurement and control of relaxation level.
