EFFECT: technical result is local destruction of deep-lying biotissues malignant growths at their HF and microwave heating and in secondary heating of border layers of tumor and healthy tissues due to high-temperature heat transfer from tumor tissues with minimal destruction of surrounding healthy cells of biological tissue.
