SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for steam generation and can be used in power engineering. Combustion chamber of steam generator includes hopper-shaped side wall in the area of bottom. Enclosure wall of steam generator is made of steam generating tubes washed with fluid medium. Many steam generating tubes have tube diametre in the area of hopper-shaped side walls, which is different from tube diametre in the area of enclosure wall. Diametre of many steam generating tubes is decreased in the area of hopper-shaped side walls in comparison to tube diametre in the area of enclosure wall by 5-15 %.
EFFECT: invention provides temperature difference of fluid medium at outlet of individual steam generating tubes, which does not exceed critical value.
