SUBSTANCE: method comprises thermal excitating the material by an external source, recording the temperature field of the test object, and comparing the recorded temperature field with a threshold temperature value, and isolating faulty stations. According to the invention, the electro conductive highly-wetting liquid is introduced into the test object material, so that it penetrates into microcracks and pores of the material, and the test object is affected by the electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field interacts with the electro conductive highly-wetting liquid in the test object and heats it. The temperature field of the test object surface, occurring therewith, is recorded.
EFFECT: increasing the detection reliability of local reduced strength areas, increasing the result reliability of evaluating the technical and operational status of complex structures and their elements made of composite materials, increasing the informativity and control performance.
