FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: health-improving gymnastics includes movements for stretching and twisting. Movements are done in wave-like manner on closed trajectories. Movement is performed with relaxed muscles from initial stand, in which back is straight, knees are bent, pelvis is lowered, weight is on forefoot. Movements of hip and shoulder girdle are made in opposite directions. Movements of pelvic girdle are made at the extent of rotation in elbows of arms holding gym apparatus not less than 800 grams, for example in form of sticks, approaching gym apparatus to oneself, rotating arms in elbows, turning shoulder girdle. Arms work synchronously, moving one after another - one down, the other up, one in front of, the other - behind, describing circles.
EFFECT: method eliminates risk of injury and produces health-improving effect on organism under impact of vibrational load.
