SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, recreative gymnastics for joints. Gymnastics comprises stretching movements, twisting, movements are performed in a wavy manner along closed trajectory, when muscles are relaxed, from initial position, back is smooth, knees are bent, pelvis is lowered, weight is on the front part of the foot. Movements of the pelvic girdle is performed along closed trajectory, describing an eight, thoracic girdle - in opposite direction by turns of hands. In initial position lowered hands cover ends of a wand located ahead of body or behind the body, and the shoulder girdle turns in different planes around the center - head, moving one after another - one - down, other - up, describing circles. Knees, bending and unbending, equidistantly describe eights and roll over feet on the floor in a circle, from toes to side surface of the heel returning to toes. Direction of rotation of the pelvic girdle, shoulder girdle and hands, knees and feet is being periodically changed. During lifting of arms with a wand, the toes are lifted up with maximum drawing the body, lower and upper extremities.

EFFECT: method provides health-improving effect for joints, shoulder, pelvic girdle, hands, knees, feet, in the form of massage effect on the reflex points of feet, improved mobility of joints, circulation of blood, reinforcement of joint muscles, back, muscles, supporting the spine.
