FIELD: locking and sealing cars and containers of railway transport and other transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: device includes length of rope rigidly connected with flat end-piece and locking members made in form of disks received by locating areas of holder which is spring loaded in housing; end-piece is provided with through hole for passing free end of rope through it. Housing is made in form of sleeve provided with plug undetachably connected with it. Bottom of housing and plug have coaxial holes for receiving the length of rope in locking. Flat surface of end-piece bears the required information. Housing is hardenable by heat treatment. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; facilitated manufacture and universality in use. 7 cl, 3 dwg
