FIELD: physics; acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic devices based on surface acoustics waves. The device consists of a substrate, a piezoelectric layer and two groups of pectinated interdigital transducers. The substrate is made from monocrystalline diamond. The piezoelectric layer is placed directly on the substrate. The interidigital transducers are placed on the surface region of the substrate which is in contact with the piezoelectric layer and are made from graphite.
EFFECT: higher operating frequency and reduced signal loss.
