FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method involves preparation of recipe components. Girasol is cut, dried in a microwave oven till residual humidity is about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of girasol inside the bits till temperature 80-90°C for one hour minimum and then fried. Barley grain, rye grain, acorns and cocoa husks are roasted. Girasol and the above-listed ingredients are mixed in the mass ratio of 3:6:4:3:4 and the obtained mixture is cryomilled in liquid nitrogen.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
