FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engines (ICE), particularly to ignition systems and can be used in automotive engines. Proposed device comprises contact-type or electronic ignition system with ignition coil. Parallel circuit made up of capacitor and voltage converter with constant output voltage is connected in between ignition coil low-resistance secondary start and chassis ground. Circuit output voltage does not exceed plug spark gap breakdown voltage.

EFFECT: increased power and ignition spark duration to improve combustion mix.
