FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to manufacture units of electric vacuum instruments, for instance pole tips or moderating systems. On surface of joined materials a layer of nickel is previously applied by method of chemical nickel-plating and coated with a layer of galvanic copper. Diffuse welding is carried out in the hydrogen medium or in vacuum at the temperature of 700-800°C and specific pressure of 0.2-0.5 kg/mm2 for 5-10 min.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce mechanically strong and vacuum-dense welding unit with low deformation and provide for the possibility of further mechanical treatment of welding unit by available mechanical methods.
