FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method includes elements assemblage and welding at temperature below metal melting temperature and with pressing pressure application. Prior to assemblage on the metal element the galvanic coating is applied out of nickel, copper, silver, gold or alloys on their base with thickness 3-9 mcm. Elements are assembled with location between the galvanic coating and glass ceramic element of the intermediate gasket with thickness 0.1-2 mm out of aluminium or copper. The assemblage is welded by four stages under specific pressing pressure 1-2.5 kg/mm2,hold time at each stage 30-120 minutes, and heating rate not exceeding 50°C/minute. At the first stage welding is performed at temperature 0.4-0.5Tmelt, where Tmelt is metal melting temperature, at second stage at 0.6-0.68Tmelt, at third stage - at 0.68-0.76 Tmelt, and at firth stage - at 0.78-0.83Tmelt. After welding the pressing pressure is released, and cooling is performed to room temperature with maximum rate 50°C/minute.

EFFECT: keeping of physical and mechanical properties of welded materials, production of high quality welded joint with required strength characteristics.
