SUBSTANCE: mounting assembly for rotary and captive attachment of bolt to mounting part includes a bolt with a head, shank section and screw section with thread. Shank section is located between head and screw section. Mounting assembly also has fixed mounting ring located in the direction of bolt axis in shank section. Mounting ring has at least one lock member which is made and located so that it ensures movement of mounting part above lock member and its being fixed with a lock member so that the bolt can be rotated relative to mounting part; but at that, bolt is installed so that it cannot be moved in bolt axis direction. Mounting block for attachment of mounting part to the construction element includes mounting part with a hole, bolt with a head, shank section and screw section with thread. Shank section is located between head and screw section. Bolt passes through the hole of mounting part. Mounting block also has a mounting ring located so that it cannot be moved in the direction of bolt axis in shank section and having at least one lock member which is made and located so that mounting part is retained with lock member so that the bolt is installed with possibility of being rotated relative to mounting part, but it cannot be moved in the direction of bolt axis.

EFFECT: increasing structural strength.
