FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for welding without pre-heating of constructions from cold-resistant low-alloyed steels with yield point of more than 555 MPa, which operate at temperature of up to minus 40°C. Low-alloyed electrode pin is made from wire "Св-04Н3ГМТА". The coating applied to the pin includes the following, wt %: marble 40-48, pear spar 18-22, quartz sand 4-9, rutile 4-8, complex component 8-20, ferrosilicon 3-8, metal manganese 2-6, soda 0.5-2 (above dry mixture weight) and soluble soda glass 23-28 (above dry mixture weight). Complex component contains the following component ratio, wt %: marble 35-40, pear spar 10-18, quartz sand 18-22, aluminium silicate 28-35, titanium dioxide 3-5, rare-earth metals in the form of cerium and lanthanum oxides 1-10.
EFFECT: electrodes provide reliability and long lifetime of constructions owing to increasing their welding-process characteristics and mechanical metal properties of weld at reduction of electrode cost.
