FIELD: measurement technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to X-ray generators used for nondestructive radiography and diagnostics. Multibeam X-ray generator works following way: electron bunches (e) emitted from electron-emitting elements (15) of multibeam electron bunch generating unit (12) pass through lens electrode (19). Resulting electron bunches are accelerated up to end potential level by segments of through-type target part (13) of anode electrode (20). Multibeam X-bunches (x) generated by part (13) of through-type target passing through plate (23) for X-rays insulating and parts (24) for X-rays output in vacuum chamber come out of window (27) for X-rays output of wall part (25) into atmosphere.
EFFECT: X-ray generator can generate multibeam X-ray bunches with good controllability.
