FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: X-ray imaging device has a device for generating several X-ray beams which includes: a multiple electron source which includes several electron sources lying diametrically and outputting electrons from activated electron sources through selective activation of several electron sources in accordance with applied activation signals; a target unit which includes several targets arranged diametrically such that they lie opposite several electron sources, generates X-ray beams in accordance with bombardment by electrons from said several electron sources, and output X-ray beams with different radiation quality in accordance with X-ray beam generation sites, in which generation sites and radiation quality of the X-ray beams from said target unit is controlled through selective activation of electron sources in said multiple electron source; a two-dimensional X-ray detector which generates an electrical signal corresponding to the X-ray dose from said device for generating several X-ray beams and which reaches the detection surface; and activation apparatus designed for generating an activation signal in accordance with the activation state, and activates each electron source when the activation signal is transmitted to said multiple electron source.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining high-contrast X-ray image with low dose and high speed.
