FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system for identification of component which is used with ophthalmological surgical device, representing either laser or vitreoretinal surgical device, contains: receiver; identifier, such as radiofrequency identification (RFID) tag; memory and controller. Memory stores criteria. Controller, memory and receiver are includes into ophthalmological surgical device. Identifier is included into component. Data from identifier are transmitted on receiver in ophthalmological surgical device. Controller determines whether component, corresponding to received data can be used with ophthalmological surgical device, basing on the fact whether received data satisfy criteria stored in memory.
EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions will allow to increase efficiency of ophthalmological device operation due to detecting by radiofrequency identification tag original surgical components.
