SUBSTANCE: method consists in receiving signal from detector installed into power circuit of electric motor. Its rectification and integration during specified time. Measurement of signal produced as a result of integration and its comparison to signals produced in a similar manner, and corresponding to electric motor without running time and with limit running time. In detection of current technical condition of AC motor using produced difference and in automatic forecasting of its residual resource. Device consists of power supply source, device of electric motor start, time-setting device, signal detector, electric motor, rectifying device, integrating device, measuring device and information display device.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
