FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgical instruments. An instrument comprises a handle which a drive to move an actuator through a leverage. The actuator is mounted on the first end of a tubular member attached to the handle. The leverage enables nonlinear motion of the drive concerning motion of the actuator.
EFFECT: simple manual instrument with ergonomically correct properties allows for more effective involvement of the surgeon's muscles to handle a trigger or the drive and to operate the instrument better.
