FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic physical training. Vertical reposition in the patients with spinal conduction abnormality is ensured by training to supported standing, therapeutic exercises and stimulation of lower extremities. Standing is carried out daily in a knee-bent apparatus combined with physical exercises including handstand push-ups rested on the knee-bent apparatus, arm swings upwards - downwards - sideways, alternate feet lifting and squatting, imitating walking and pendulum body rocking. The lower extremities are stimulated 3 times a day before therapeutic exercises by manual warm-up of feet. In prone position, bicycling is made with using hands. Sitting right and left movements are made by one and then by the other knees with increasing set number and fixing supplementary disks to add the evening load on knee joint considering the health state. After 10 month of trainings, daily bicycling is added. With regard to the health state, there are introduced sitting lotus pose, sitting sliding motions by bare feet with using hands, prone dumbbells exercises with mental feet flexion and extension, rotation of extended legs apart, lifting of the upperparts, swimming and a nettle bath.
