Device comprises the first and second acceleration sensors, unit of transverse accelerations detection and analysis, indicator of transverse acceleration value, unit of sensors, indicator of exceeding permissible transverse accelerations level. Unit of sensors consists of the first and second acceleration sensors, speed sensor, force sensor. Outlets of the first acceleration sensor, speed sensor, contact sensor, the second acceleration sensor are accordingly the first, second, third and fourth outlets of sensor unit. Unit for detection and analysis of transverse accelerations consists of n-first and second threshold devices, OR element, signals setter.
