FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: food grade carboxymethyl cellulose is dissolved in a buffer solution or alkalified distilled water of pH 9.5-10 and added to a filtrate of the prepared solution of pancreatic lipase or microbial lipase of culture Aspergillus niger, or their mixture with activity 100 unit/g and more as a powder with 1-1.5% surfactant solution while vortexing at 4500-5000 rpm. The prepared emulsion is cooled to 5-10°C, pH of the reaction mixture is reduced to 3.0-3.5 and the mixture is kept for one day in a refrigerator. The precipitated particles are separated from the solution, and an acetate buffer of pH 4-4.5 is multiply added to the stirred remained particles; then the precipitated particles containing lipase are separated and dried up.

EFFECT: downsizing the particles of immobilised lipase, faster enzymatic process.
