FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying laser radiation impulses to patient heart. The radiation is focused over the epicardial surface of the myocardium. Non-perforating canal is formed. Pulsating laser radiation of 1-1.1 mcm wave length is applied in multiple modulation mode and quality factor modulation mode. The laser device produces impulses of 0.1-0.2 J power and frequency of 50-200 Hz. Laser radiation impulses are delivered to the heart at diastolic phase. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; branched cavity creatable in the myocardium; improved blood supply. 4 cl, 3 dwg
