FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises body with guides, elastic element and cutting tool fixed on holder, screw gear connected to handle and limb. Holder is rigidly connected to bracket, in which in horizontal plane there is axis installed, on which elastic element is located, being arranged in the form of bush with radial ledges installed in according slots provided in body, on guides of which with the possibility of displacement by means of specified screw gear there is a movable part installed, and on the side of upper part of holder there is a roller installed for its retention against its axial rotation.
EFFECT: provision of required microrelief, improved quality of processed surface and increased resistance of cutting tool.
