SUBSTANCE: engine with valve gear synchroniser comprises: intake valve open-time changing mechanism to change intake valve open state interval, intake valve open-time controller to control intake valve open-time changing mechanism in compliance with engine operating condition, intake valve open-time changing mechanism to set intake valve open-time for the first period of fuel intake when engine runs at high load and high rpm, intake valve open-time changing mechanism to set intake valve open-time for the second period of fuel intake wherein completion of valve intake state time is time-lagged compared with completion of valve intake state time during the first intake when engine runs at low load and low rpm.
EFFECT: higher fuel and power efficiency.
