FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: exhaust gas purification system comprises diesel engine exhaust solid particle filter 24 mounted at exhaust duct to entrap ICE exhaust solid particles and discharge throttle valve 18 arranged in exhaust duct on filter outlet side. Device to calculate pressure difference between solid particle filter inlet and outlet comprises appliance 33 to determine pressure ahead of filter 24, appliance to define pressure behind the filter from total pressure drop in exhaust duct 34 on filter outlet side by extracting, separately, first and second pressure drops. Note here that said first pressure drop represents pressure drop in preset section 34b from inlet to outlet of bypass throttle valve 18, while second pressure drop makes pressure drop other than that in said preset section. Proposed device comprises appliance to calculate pressure drop between filter inlet and outlet from estimated pressure behind filter.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of calculation.
