FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for disposal of worn-out tires. Proposed device comprises mechanism to feed tire in cutting zone and cutting mechanism made up of driven disk blade and rotary support roller with circular groove to receive said disk blade. Rotational axes of said disk blade and said support roller are located horizontally. Feed device housing accommodates at least three shaped free running rollers with lateral flanges that can come together and move from each other. Note here that at least one of said rollers is secured on a slide that can move from the other shaped rollers driven by spring or come close to them acted on by retainer.
EFFECT: stable and safe cutting of flat composite works.
