FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a silver (I) solution, extraction of silver (I) using a membrane with immobilised dithizone, its subsequent separation from the solution, measurement of the analytical signal and evaluation of silver (I) content. The membrane used is a polymethacrylate matrix with immobilised dithizone. The analytical signal used is light absorption at (520±30) nm, light coordinate or visual evaluation of colour intensity of the optical membrane. Content of silver is evaluated using a calibration curve, by an addition technique or a visual test technique.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of analysis.
