FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: module of recovery and elimination of TFC generates permitted subset from a set of transport formats combination (TFCS) by means of recovery of supported TFC and elimination of non-supported TFC on the basis of dedicated radio resources and parametres, which are new. Module of multiplexing and setting of transfer serial number (TSN) generates module of protocol data (PDU) for medium access control (MAC) by means of multiplexing, at least of one PDU of upper level within the frame of maximum supported size of MAC. Module of selection and filling of TFC selects TFC for MAC PDU from authorised subset TFCS and performs filling of MAC PDU, if required, so that MAC PDU is included into selected TFC. For repeated transfer, new authorised subset TFCS may be generates on the basis of new radio resources and parametres, and MAC PDU may be fragmented.
EFFECT: invention provides adaptation to channel conditions.
