The mentioned ingredient or ingredients contains proteins, particularly milk proteins and preferably milk serum proteins compatible if necessary with water-soluble dietary fibers and preferably with water-soluble thickening food fibers.

EFFECT: invention provides higher organoleptic and nutritive properties of the product in aggregate with technological practicability of the production.
