SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the fresh milk product with lower fat and sugar content, lower energy value, containing one or few ingredients with effect of postabsorbtive satiety and also to the production method of such product. The mentioned ingredient or ingredients contains proteins, particularly milk proteins and preferably milk serum proteins compatible if necessary with water-soluble dietary fibers and preferably with water-soluble thickening food fibers.
EFFECT: invention provides higher organoleptic and nutritive properties of the product in aggregate with technological practicability of the production.
