FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: liquid or semi-liquid product (stable in the course of time), dry extract whereof accounts for no less than 30 wt % of the product weight, contains fibres (in an amount of 1 - 24 wt % of the product weight) consisting of a three-component mixture: water-soluble fibres enhancing viscosity, water-soluble fibres failing to enhance viscosity and water-insoluble cellulose fibres in an amount of 0.4 - 5; 0.8 - 20 and 0.04 - 0.6 wt % (respectively) of the weight of the product having significant viscosity in the process of digestion. The product is prepared by way of its addition into the matrix and mixing with subsequent homogenisation. The intermediate composition for the product and the method for its preparation are similar to the product and its preparation method. The food product is used as a non-therapeutic, therapeutic remedy and a functional food product.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of the product stability and viscosity, viscosity preservation in the process of digestion.
