SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparation of a selective immunosorbent for removal of antibodies to type 3 desmoglein (Dsg3) from the blood of patients withvesicular fever, including preparation of a Dsg3 solution in a phosphate buffer. Anhydrous NHS-activated agarose is added to the empty centrifuge micro-column, the Dsg3 solution is added to a micro-column with agarose and incubated while mixing; at the end of incubation, the micro-column is centrifuged with cooling, then the resulting filtrate is taken, after which phosphate buffer is added to the column to wash away the unbound Dsg3, centrifuged; the washing procedure is repeated, the filtrates are removed after washing; further, to block the residual active NHS groups of the sorbent, a buffer solution of ethanolamine is added and incubated while mixing; after the incubation is completed, it is centrifuged, the filtrate is removed; the washing procedure is repeated, the filtrates are removed after washing; the ready-made sorbent is used to isolate autoantibodies to Dsg3.

EFFECT: production of selective immunosorbent for selective removal of antibodies to type 3 desmoglein from serum in patients with vesicular fever.
