FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in obtainment of composite materials used in production of components for electronics, aviation, space, automotive, power and recreation industry. Pre-mould is made of non-metal fibre by vacuum filtration. Pre-mould is placed in a die with perforated bottom. Pre-mould is compressed, with water removed through perforated bottom. Compressed pre-mould is fixated in the die, dried and filled with matrix metal melt. Impregnation of fibre pre-mould and directional crystallisation of the material obtained are performed under pressure. Discrete fibres of carbon, aluminium dioxide or silicon carbide are used as non-metal fibre, aluminium, magnesium, zinc, tin, lead or their alloys are used as matrix metal.
EFFECT: obtainment of composite material with high heat conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, low specific weight.
