FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of worn working part of blade by polishing cutting wheel, manufacturing new working part from medium-carbon steel in the form of angular plate, which is sharpened to form blade and strengthened on back side, besides prior to strengthening through lengthy holes are arranged in it for its displacement as it wears out, and threaded holes are arranged on restored blade to fix angular plate by means of screws. Angular plate is strengthened on back side by electric spark application of coating in two layers by hard alloys with high wear resistance, besides the first layer applied is alloy having hardness below hardness of alloy applied by the second layer, besides on upper side one layer of the same alloy is applied onto surface of angular plate, same as the first layer on back side.
EFFECT: increased quality of strengthened surface of tillage machine parts that operate in abrasive medium with possible impact loads.
