FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: angle plate is made of structural alloy steel of 40GR or 45G2, at that the electric vibrating-arc hardening is carried out, using a paste containing 50% of the powder on nickel basis of PS-12NVK-01 type, 30% silicon carbide, 12-15% sodium nitrate and 5-8% ammonium nitrate, which is melted by means of electric arc using the graphite electrode with the current of 65-70 A, the voltage of 50-55 V, and the frequency of vibration of the graphite electrode of 50 Hz. The invention enables to increase impact toughness in average 1.6 times and hardness of the hardened rear side of the blade by 35%.
EFFECT: wear-resistance of restored cultivator blades of tillage machines is 2,3 times increased, and their durability - not less than 2 times.
