FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engine. Internal combustion engine includes rotor (5) installed in housing (1) with possibility of rotation about central axis. Cylinders are located in rotor in the plane from rotor to offset axis. Pistons (8) the inner end of which is hinged to eccentrically located axis are located in cylinders. Cylinders (6) with their external ends are located on external edge of rotor (5) with possibility of rotation. Cylinders (6) are borne against external casing of rotor (5). At least one combustion chamber (17) is located in housing (1). Internal end of combustion chamber is borne against internal wall of the housing, which envelopes external casing of rotor (5). Combustion chamber (17) is located at angle (a) of 45° to 90°, namely 70° to 85° to radius of rotor (5).
EFFECT: simplifying the design, reducing vibration and noise levels, as well as increasing the engine efficiency.
