FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention guides the user through a sequence of stages enabling fulfilment of a pre-defined task with the help of a Coriolis flow metre. The selected task may be verification of a calibration flow rate factor in the course of a technological process by way of measuring a substance with a known density or a Coriolis flow metre linearisation by way of using data of two test cycles at two different flow rates and calculation of a new flow rate calibration and new zero correction with the use of the data obtained. The Coriolis flow metre system contains a computer system including a display connected to the Coriolis flow metre, a control module (202) configured for control of the Coriolis flow metre and a facility (208) represented by a lead module (208) configured for display of the sequence of stages guiding the Coriolis flow metre usage in the course of the technological process for fulfilment of a pre-defined task.

EFFECT: invention enables correction of the flow metre measurement characteristic in case of an experienced operator absence.
