FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the oscillatory flow rate meter (5, 300). The latter comprises the assembly (10, 310) of flow rate meter. Said assembly incorporates at least two said transducers (170L and 170R, 303 and 305) to generate at least two oscillation signals. Besides, it includes measuring electronic hardware (20, 320) to receive at least two oscillation signals to create a new time difference (Δt). Multiple measurements of time difference obtained for current material are used to define if the new time difference (Δt) stays within the limits of preset boundaries of the old time difference (Δt0). Note here that said measurement electronic hardware (20, 320) is configured to define if the time difference measurements are, in fact, the stable measurements.

EFFECT: higher accuracy due to ruled out incorrect reset of the measurements.
