FIELD: physics, communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to networks with a cellular topology. Streams permitted to the node of a network with cellular topology can be managed using access parametres while using a communication channel at the same time. The permitting node can determine the desired duration of the transmission opportunity and frequency of the transmission opportunity. Also the node can receive requirements for the stream speed and the limiting delay value of the permitted stream based on at least the partially desirable duration of the transmission opportunity and frequency of the transmission opportunity. The data transmission speed and access frequency of the permitted node can be tracked on a physical access level. Stream speed requirements can be met based on at least partial establishment of duration of the transmission opportunity. The delay limiting value requirements can be met based on at least partial manipulation of access parametres with simultaneous use of the communication channel. Duration of the transmission opportunity and access parametres can be determined using nodes which permit upward streams which can reduce accumulation near portals of a network with cellular topology and increase data transmission.
EFFECT: improved conditions for radio communication between a network node and receiving nodes in order to increase transmission capacity.
