FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for treating aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adults. Method involves performing an approach to a focus of aseptic necrosis, extra-articular formation of a canal with a diameter of not more than 6 mm from the intertrochanteric region of the femur through the neck and head of the femur and reaching the destruction focus, removal of destruction center and defect replacement with autograft. Incision is made in the iliac crest region; an autobone is sampled from an iliac wing in the form of bone cylinders with a length of not more than 3 cm. Lateral cortical layer of the proximal femur with a length of not more than 1 cm from which a canal is formed, passing from the intertrochanteric region of the femur through the femoral neck and head and reaching the destruction center. Metal tube is inserted into the canal, through which the destruction focus is filled with the help of a pusher with a mechanically crushed bone autograft, after which on the free protruding end of the tube a ring with concentrically arranged along the circumference holes is put, ring is fixed on the tube, and through holes in the ring pins are inserted percutaneously into the head and neck of the femur for tunneling. A device for treating aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adults includes a metal tube with a diameter of not more than 6 mm and a length exceeding a size from an approach to a focus of aseptic necrosis. On one free end of the metal tube there is a ring with holes concentrically located along the circumference with possibility of movement and fixation. Length of the tube is larger than the size from the approach to the aseptic necrosis center by the width of the ring placed on one free end.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher clinical effectiveness in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, reduced injuries and risk of bleeding, reduced rehabilitation period due to bone tunneling with simultaneous bone grafting.
