FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to artificial insemination. A device comprises a former of electromagnetic beam with initial mode shape characteristics differentially responding on specified volume difference of the sperm cells bearing X-chromosome, and the sperm cells bearing Y-chromosome, a detector, an analyser connected to the detector, a former means of fluid fit for introduction of the sperm cells, a separator of the fluid and aggregated drops which grip one of the sperm cells, a drop charger connected to the analyser wherein drops are charged considering the volume difference of the sperm cells bearing X-chromosome, and the sperm cells bearing Y-chromosome, a drop charge separator.
