FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clay-phosphate material and can be used in making building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material which contains loamy soil, iron-containing metallurgical production wastes with sieve No.008 residual of 7-11 %, containing iron (II) oxide, ortho-phosphoric acid with density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, abrasive production wastes with sieve No.008 residue of 5-7%, containing the following in wt %: SiO2 30.13, Al2O3 5.50, Fe2O3 3.11, FeO 49.19, CaO 7.02, MgO 5.05, with the following ratio of components in wt %: loamy soil 23-28, said iron-containing wastes 3-5, said abrasive production wastes 50-55, said ortho-phosphoric acid - the rest.
EFFECT: increased strength with retention of water resistance.
