FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used in making building blocks in industrial and civil construction. The clay-phosphate material which contains loamy soil, iron-containing metallurgical production wastes with sieve No.008 residual of 7-11 wt %, containing iron (II) oxide, ortho-phosphoric acid with density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, silicon carbide production wastes with sieve No.008 residue of 7-9%, containing the following in wt %: SiO2-16.55; Al2O3-12.75; FeO-2.00; CaO-7.05; MgO-8.15; SiC-53.5, with the following ratio of components in wt %: loamy soil - 65-68, said iron-containing wastes - 6-8, said silicon carbide production wastes - 5-7, ortho-phosphoric acid with density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 - the rest.
EFFECT: increased strength of clay-phosphate material with retention of water resistance.
