SUBSTANCE: proposed clay phosphate material contains loam, iron-containing waste of metallurgical process at residue on sieve No. 008 containing oxide of Fe (II) 7-11 mass-%, ortho-phosphoric acid at density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 ; it additionally contains waste of crystalline silicon production process of the following composition, mass-%: SiO2, 90.0-94.0; Fe2O3, 1-3; CaO, 0.7-1.4; MgO, 0.2-0.4; Na2O+K2O, 0.1-0.5; Al2O3, 0.7-1.5; SO2, up to 0.09; SiC, up to 3 at the following ratio of components, mass-%: loam, 60-63; iron-containing waste of crystalline silicon production process, 10-15; the remainder being ortho-phosphoric acid at density of 1.24-1.25.
EFFECT: enhanced strength at retained waterproofness.
