FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for producing building blocks in industrial and civil building. Clay-phosphate material, which includes loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, which contains Fe (II) oxide with remainder on sieve No 008 - 7-11 wt %, orthophosphoric acid, with density 1.24 - 1.25 g/cm3, ashes from burning of dehydrated sediments of installations for industrial sewage purification which contains wt %: SiO2 - 57.39, Al2O3 - 0.34, Fe2O3 - 0.39, CaO - 1.67, MgO - 0.78, SO3 - 6.15, P2O5 - 3.62, K2O - 0.11, Na2O - 28.36, Mn3O4 - 1.19, with following component ratio, wt %: loam-40-45, said iron-containing wastes - 6-8, said ashes - 30-35, orthophosphoric acid with density 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 - the remaining part.
EFFECT: increasing durability of clay-phosphate material preserving water-resistance.
