FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology. A surface layer of a capsule of the knee joint is dissected over a medial collateral ligament in a flap manner throughout 8-10 cm from the medial epicondyle of femur. A middle one-third of the in-between and deep layer of the medial capsule is divided visually into front and back parts. Two threaded anchor clamp are screwed in within the medial epicondyle of femur to complete bone insertion. The clamps are distanced 7-10 mm from each other in a horizontal plane in relation to the front and back fascicles of the medial collateral ligament. Under arthroscopic control, in full extension, a needle with tucked thread ends passing from the anchor clamp in crisscross manner at 1 cm from each other prorsad and proral in an anteroposterior direction is stuck in and out bias at 1 cm in a distal direction from the stick-in point. Then the thread ends are tightened and fixed with 3-4 interrupted sutures. Thereafter, the needle is stuck in at 1 cm from the tightened knot in the distal direction. Corrugation covers the entire area of the capsular fascicle to an attachment point of the shin bone. If damaged, the meniscus ligaments are involved in the suture. The similarly procedure is applied for corrugating the anterior fascicle of the medial collateral ligament with the knee joint flexed at 100 degrees.
EFFECT: method restores anatomical state of the collateral tibial ligament, provides reliable fixation of the corrugated tissue to the anatomic attachment points on the bone tissue.
